The Site is a marketing and information website for Skooldio Tech, an AI-driven product studio based in Bangkok. It is provided so you can learn about our work and services and contact us about potential projects.

Browsing the Site or submitting a contact form does not create a client engagement, partnership, employment relationship, or other contract unless we separately agree in writing.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm Skooldio Tech, other visitors, or the Site's operation.

You must not:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Site or its infrastructure

• Scrape, crawl, or harvest content at scale without our prior written permission

• Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities, or try to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

• Submit false, misleading, or harmful information through the contact form

• Use the Site to send spam, malware, or unlawful content

• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us

If you send us a message through the contact form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to share it.

We will use your inquiry to respond and evaluate a potential working relationship. Submitting a form does not obligate us to reply within a specific time or to accept any project. How we handle personal data in inquiries is described in our Privacy Policy.

The content on this Site — including our name, logo, case studies, copy, graphics, and design — belongs to Skooldio Tech or is used with permission from our clients or licensors.

You may view and share links to public pages for personal or internal business reference. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Client names, marks, and project materials appear with permission and remain the property of their respective owners. Case studies describe past work for illustration; they are not a promise of identical results for future projects.

We aim to keep Site content accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that descriptions of services, projects, timelines, or team details are complete or current at all times. Information on the Site may change without notice.

Nothing on the Site is professional advice (legal, financial, or otherwise). For project-specific commitments, rely only on a signed agreement between you and Skooldio Tech.

The Site may link to third-party websites and services, such as our social media pages, careers listings, or client properties. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that defects will be corrected.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skooldio Tech and its directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your access to or use of the Site, inability to use the Site, or reliance on any Site content.

Our total liability for claims relating to the Site, where liability cannot be excluded, is limited to THB 1,000 or the minimum amount required by applicable law, whichever is higher.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skooldio Tech from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights in connection with the Site.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thailand, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Site.

If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Skooldio Tech regarding use of the Site, and supersede prior informal understandings on that subject.

These terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights.
